Originally from the Netherlands and now splitting his time between Florida and Europe, Ruud has built a career defined by integrity, clear communication, and a deep respect for the yachting lifestyle.

Ruud grew up on the water and has spent decades buying, refitting, upgrading, and selling vessels of all types. His hands-on expertise, paired with a long history of sourcing and transporting yachts across Europe and adapting them for the American market, gives clients a level of insight that is both practical and strategic.

His international work includes transactions in Italy, Greece, France, the United Kingdom, Central America, Russia, and the Netherlands.

One of Ruud’s most distinctive strengths is his multilingual fluency. He speaks English, French, Dutch, and German effortlessly, moving between languages with confidence. At international boat shows and during cross-border negotiations, he connects with buyers, sellers, and industry professionals in ways that build trust and streamline complex transactions.
