Bill Mann

Bill Mann represents Great Southern Yachts across North and South Carolina — and anyone who knows him will tell you his truck is his office, because he’ll go wherever clients need him.

A lifelong North Carolinian from Mint Hill, Bill prides himself on being the kind of Southern gentleman raised to be truthful, courteous, and straightforward.

Known for his honesty and easygoing manner, Bill believes business starts with relationships. He shoots straight, shares what he knows, and makes the brokerage process enjoyable. For him, the best part of the job isn’t the commission — it’s watching a client take possession of their dream boat.

Bill spent 47 years working with senior executives in the printing industry before entering marine sales in 1999.

Today, he specializes in clean, low-hour freshwater cruisers and has arranged shipments as far as Australia, Canada, and Mexico.

He also enjoys passing along practical boating knowledge — helping clients feel confident and prepared on the water — and formerly held a U.S. Coast Guard Captain’s License from 1990 to 2016.
